Hyun Sung Co., Ltd. aims to be a company trusted by all stakeholders through transparent and fair management, and adopts ethical management as a core management principle.

The company establishes and operates an ethical management policy that includes the following.

No giving or receiving of money, gifts, entertainment or bribes

Compliance with import/export control laws and sanctions regulations
Following prior approval procedures for controlled items

6. Information protection

Protecting confidential and personal information of customers and the company
Preventing misuse and leakage of internal information

7. Protection of intellectual property rights

Respecting the intellectual property rights of others
Protecting the company's technology, designs and trade secrets

This policy is the highest-level principle above the Ethics Charter, Code of Ethics and Ethics Practice Guidelines, and applies to all employees and stakeholders.
